Brief:
Nissan was introducing its new Roadside Assistance service across the region — a support program packed with benefits, all offered for free. The challenge was to cut through the clutter, build awareness, and communicate these benefits clearly… but in a way that still felt true to Nissan’s brand world of defying the ordinary.

Idea:
Life can get messy. Chaotic. Wildly unpredictable.
And while Nissan can’t control life’s chaos, we can make sure your car isn’t part of it.
So we created a humorous, memorable campaign built around a simple truth:
When everything else goes wrong, at least your car won’t.

Using relatable, comedic scenarios, the films exaggerated life’s everyday disasters — only to show how Nissan steps in to keep your journey moving, no matter what happens around you.
HERO FILM

The hero film follows our character on the worst day ever—everything goes wrong, one disaster after another.
But the moment he reaches his car, Nissan Roadside Assistance steps in, breaking his streak of bad luck and making sure he still gets to his destination.

CONSIDERATION FILMS
For the consideration phase, we retargeted viewers who watched the hero film with four short feature-focused films.
Each one highlighted a single Roadside Assistance service, from battery boost to flat-tire support, making the benefits clear and simple.
To avoid ad fatigue and keep viewers watching, every film started and ended differently, using unique setups and punchlines to keep the experience fresh, surprising, and impossible to skip.
